VACANCY: Business Developer/Administrative Officer
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Developer/Administrative Officer. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and offers the opportunity to further develop your skills in administration and communication in a Chinese socio-cultural environment. Working hours can be negotiated and adjusted to full-time or part-time.
Job Description: – Organize and successfully complete activities and children’s camps throughout the year. – Maintain external communications, including compiling newsletters, managing social media and updating the website in French, English and Dutch. – Responsible for the daily operation of the secretariat and relevant administration, emails; answering mail and phones. – Expand membership base by preparing potential clients, building relationships and generating new ideas. – Manage bookkeeping such as processing invoices. – Manage the bookstore: purchasing and sales, administration and invoicing. – Attend meetings, prepare documents and reports. Requirements: – Basic knowledge of French or Dutch and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. – Organizational skills and communication skills. – Ability to work independently. – Proactive: encouraged to take own initiatives, show creativity and entrepreneurship. – Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook. – Knowledge of web design (WordPress) and graphic design is a plus. – Prior knowledge in accounting is a plus. |
